Biography:

Paige Laurain is an Instructional Coach for the North Carolina New Teacher Support Program (NC NTSP) who provides individualized support to teachers grounded in grade level standards, rigor, and data driven instruction. Paige is driven to ensure that ALL students have access to a high quality education. 

Paige has supported over 100 beginning teachers through her work as an instructional coach. She works closely with district leaders, school administration, and beginning teachers to close achievement and opportunity gaps for students. Currently she is working towards improving student educational outcomes by working with beginning teachers in the Charlotte region.

Paige is a certified 6-12 math and science teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Math from Grand Valley State University with an emphasis in secondary education and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Michigan State University. 

When she is not coaching, Paige enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and traveling with her husband Jonathan and their dog Roland.
