Instructional Coach

Natalie Falkowski is an instructional coach for the New Teacher Support Program, where she supports beginning teachers by fostering strong, trusting relationships. She believes that a successful coaching relationship improves teacher retention, which is a crucial factor in driving student achievement. Natalie is passionate about helping educators thrive in their roles.

With experience coaching K-12 educators, Natalie focuses on providing individualized and collaborative feedback to help teachers build confidence, develop effective instructional strategies, and stay engaged in their professional journeys. She is particularly dedicated to increasing teacher retention by offering targeted, intentional support to alternatively licensed teachers. She is currently growing in her practice of Transformational Coaching and learning new communication techniques for effective coaching cycles. 

Beyond her work with teachers, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and tackling her ever-growing to-be-read list.
